The updated version of New Community Paradigms (NCP) 3.0 is, unlike 2.0 see (Disclaimer/Warnings), https based. That additional security and that NCP 3.0 will be updated are the only major differences between the two sites. The added security though means reduced accessibility. To access version 3.0 it is necessary to become part of a network.
